银耳的超声波介导转化
Transformation of Tremella fuciformis by Using Ultrasonic Mediation

摘 要:以银耳(Tremellafuciformis)芽孢为实验材料,正交实验研究超声波处理时间、间歇时间及功率对转化率的影响.实验结果表明:超声波处理时间与间歇时间对质粒DNA和芽孢转化率都有显著影响;实验中质粒DNA转化率最高达到754.7个转化子/μg DNA,银耳芽孢转化率达到1.28‰;转化子的潮霉素抗性可达到200μg/mL,GUS检测阳性.
