【摘要】 研究了在培养料中添加不同含量的尿素对袋栽金针菇菌丝生长速度、产量和生物转化率的影响。结果表明,添加尿素的含量为0.2%时,菌丝生长最快,达到0.31 cm.d-1;产量和生物转化率最高,分别为210 g.袋-1和70.0%。
【Abstract】 Urea with different concentrations was added into culture substrates and its effect on mycelial growth,yield and biological efficiency in Flammulina velutipes cultivation was studied.The results showed that addition of 0.2%(w·w-1)urea to culture substrate markly enhanced mycelial growth,yield and biological efficiency(0.31 cm·d-1,210 g·bag-1 and 70.0% respectively).
