【摘要】 以3个品种的灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)子实体为材料,比较了不同粉碎程度对灵芝多糖与三萜提取效果的影响,结果表明,超细粉碎工艺能够有效地破碎灵芝子实体中的菌丝细胞,显著提高灵芝多糖的提取率,但对三萜的提取结果没有影响。
【Abstract】 Fruit bodies of three Ganoderma lucidum species obtained from different cultivation facilities located in China were finely ground to mesh sizes of 10,40 and 300.Polysaccharide yields obtained by aqueous extraction of 300 mesh samples,determined using phenol sulfuric acid and HPLC,were significantly higher compared with levels obtained from material of larger particle size.However,particle size had little effect on triterpene yields obtained using ethanolic extraction(95%) combined with ultrasou...
