【摘要】 将桉树木屑(皮屑、杆屑、皮杆混合屑)作为栽培基质,对灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)、秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesterani)、刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii)及金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)等4种食用菌进行栽培试验,探讨桉树木屑栽培食用菌的可行性。结果表明:灵芝、刺芹侧耳、秀珍菇在配方D桉树皮杆混合屑(皮∶杆=1∶3)培养料中菌丝粗壮、茂密,生物转化率较高、子实体生长整齐,显示良好的适应性;金针菇在桉树木屑培养料中菌丝生长较弱,不能出菇。
【Abstract】 Eucalyptus sawdust prepared from bark and trunk wood was incorporated separately or as a mixture of both in growth substrates used to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum,Pleurotus geesterani,Pleurotus eryngii and Flammulina velutipes.Our data demonstrated that eucalyptus sawdust was suitable for inclusion in substrates used to cultivate G.lucidum,P.geesterani and P.eryngii,and that the optimum substrate composition in each case was 83% mixed(bark∶trunk wood=1∶3) sawdust,15% wheat bran and 2% precipitate...
