【摘要】 通过单因素试验及响应曲面法试验设计,研究了热水浸提云南野生大红菇多糖的条件。结果表明,大红菇多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间5.20 h,提取温度91℃,水料比(mL∶g)为57∶1。在此工艺条件下,大红菇多糖的提取率为7.0536%。经试验证明优化的大红菇多糖水法提取工艺简单且稳定,是可行的提取方案。
【Abstract】 Single factor experiment and response surface method were used in this research to optimize polysaccharides extraction from Russula alutacea.The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were extraction time 5.20 h,extraction temperature 91℃ and Water-feed ratio(mL︰g) 57︰1.Under these conditions the yield of polysaccharides was 7.0741%.It was a feasible extraction program.
