【摘要】 随着生产规模的不断扩大,北虫草的培育也暴露了一个问题,正常菌种经多次转管继代和冰箱久存之后,会出现不产子实体现象,这些问题严重干扰了虫草的生产。为此,进行了有关北虫草不同部位组织分离和继代培养的试验,并筛选出性状优良的菌株。结果表明,子实体靠近顶端分离的菌种易于萌发,孢子分离得到的菌株性状更好,北虫草子实体本身就具有抑菌作用,因此,在选取表面消毒方式时,一定要适宜,不可时间过长,以免对子实体造成伤害,不产生菌丝。
【Abstract】 With the procreative scale dilating constantly,the culture of Cordyceps sinensis had some questions.when the normal bacterium was transferred many times or be kept in the fridge for a long time,it maybe didn’t produce the fructification.So an experiment on the Cordyceps military tissue isolation and continuous culture were done,and a strong spices were got.The results showed that the part near top was more likely to sprout.North Cordyceps was some kind of bacteriostat.The one which isolated from...
