草菇菌株的生物学特性比较

【摘要】 对25个不同来源的草菇(Volvariella volvacea)菌株的厚垣孢子出现时间、原基形成时间和生物学效率等生物学特性进行比较,结果表明,V754、V26-1、V753、V751、3560和0229菌株不但生物学特性较好,且生物学效率较高,在16%~20%之间,可较好的应用于江苏省丹阳地区的草菇生产。
【Abstract】 Selected biological characteristics,including chlamydospore formation time,primordium formation time and biological efficiency of 25 strains of Volvariella volvacea from different sources during cultivation on cotton waste were compared.Strains V754,V26-1,V753,V751,3560 and 0229 exhibited superior biological characteristics and between 16% ~ 20% higher biological efficiencies,and were considered better suited for mushroom production in the Danyang region of Jiangsu Province.
