【摘要】 桦褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus=Fuscoporia oblique)是一种著名的民间药用真菌,多糖是其重要的活性成分之一。就近年来桦褐孔菌多糖的化学结构和药理活性的研究进展进行综述,旨在为桦褐孔菌多糖的进一步研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Inonotus obliquus has a long tradition as a folk remedy,and polysaccharides present in the mushroom fruit bodies have been reported to exhibit various types of bioactivity including immuno-stimulating,anti-tumor,antioxidant and anti-diabetic effects.This paper reviews recent advances relating to the structure and pharmacology of I.obliquus polysaccharides in order to provide a source of reference for further research on this mushroom.
