【摘要】 对黄毛黄侧耳(Phyllotopsis nidulans)的生物学特性及其驯化栽培进行研究,结果表明:菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃,最适pH为6,试验范围内最适碳源为果糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨,碳氮比对菌丝生长影响不明显;在分别以硬杂木屑、玉米芯和两者混合主料的培养料上均能形成子实体,在木屑和玉米芯混合的培养料上生物转化率最高。
【Abstract】 Selected biological characteristics,and the artificial cultivation of a Phyllotopsis nidulans strain isolated from a P.nidulans fruit body collected in Fenglin National Nature Reserve in Heilongjiang Province,are described.Optimal temperature and pH values for mycelial growth were 25 ℃ and pH 6,respectively.Of the compounds tested,fructose and peptone were the preferred carbon and nitrogen sources respectively,but varying C∶N ratios between 10∶1 and 40∶1 had no significant effect on mycelial gro...
