【英文摘要】 Two strains of the straw mushrooms were treated with radiated Co60 r-ray at five thousand R., then they were cultured with the straw bed. The polyphenol oxidase activity in the fruitbody of the radiated strain of V85 was little higher than its Ck's. However, the activity of the radiated wild strain's was much lower than its Ck's.
