【中文摘要】 采用改进了的合成培养基培养佛罗里达侧耳(Pleu-rotus florida)菌丝体,在培养基里分别加入不同浓度的硼(B)和锌(Zn)。实验证明,低浓度的B对菌丝体生长没有明显的影响,可溶性糖含量下降,蛋白质含量提高;Zn浓度在5 ppm以内,明显地促进菌丝体生长,菌丝体可溶性搪含量增加;但对蛋白质含量无明显影响;B、Zn袭度在10ppm以上,对菌丝体生长均显抑制作用,但菌丝体的蛋白质和可溶性糖含量都比对照增加。
【英文摘要】 Mycelia of Pleurotus florida were inoculated by addition of different content of B and Zn to the synthetic medium. The growth of mycelium was not effect obviously and the protein was higher and the soluble carbohydrate was lower in a low concentration of B. The growth was stimulated in range of 5 ppm of Zn. 2ppm of Zn was optimal concentration in the medium. The growth of mycelium was inhibited but the protein and the soluble carbohydrate content was increased above 10ppm of B and Zn.
