【中文摘要】 本文介绍了一种用于食用菌培养的液体静置培养方法。在装有泡沫作支持物的三角瓶中,装入一定量的液体培养基,接种后置25℃培养室中培养,菌丝在泡沫上生长很快,并产生大量菌丝体。当按一定时间间隔补充新鲜培养基时,可以作为半连续培养。此法适合于制作食用菌原种和栽培种。
【英文摘要】 A liquid stationary culture method is applied to culture mushroom in semicontinuous culture system. A Erlenmeyer flask with foam as support material contained the liquid medium. Mushroom grown on the surface of foam showed good growth and yielded large amount of mycelia during 5 days incubation at 25℃ It could be operated in a semicontinuous culture by feeding of fresh medium at a regular intervals. It also is ideally suited for preparation and maintenance of actively growing cultures to be used as inocula for cultivation.
