【中文摘要】 本文采用几丁质分析法测定了黑木耳代料栽培培养料中的菌丝生物量,并就不同温光条件下的黑木耳菌丝生物量与发菌时间、产量、子实体粗蛋白含量和总糖含量等生产性能之间的相关性进行了分析研究。
【英文摘要】 The mycelial biomass of Auricularia auricula cultivated substrate were determined by the chitin assay. Meanwhile, the interretation of mycelial biomass of Auricularia auricula spawning under different temperature and light with productive function, such as the spawn run time, the yield of Auricularia auricula, the crude protein content and total sugar content of fruitbody, were analyzed.
