【中文摘要】 本文报道了未发酶料棉壳不经堆制发酵,接制蘑菇菌种的试验研究。通过培养基配方的改良和生产工艺的改革,简化蘑菇种的制作流程,提高蘑菇菌种的质量。
【英文摘要】 Through many times for test and production, it has been proved that making mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) spawn with uncomposted cotton seed shulf has got the best compost prescription, the proper sterilization condition and the technical procedure of making spawn. For unnecessary of composting, re-stacking and sunning, making mushroom spawn with uncomposted cotton seed shulf can save the labour and rawmaterials, reduce the labour intensity and the environmental contamination, and be not effected by climate. The spawn has higher resistance and product rate. So it can reserve for a long time and be not easier to degenerate. After spawning, the mycelia of the spawn run rapidly and have higher fruit outputs.
