【中文摘要】 采用二倍稀释法,测定了绿色木霉和脉孢霉对9种医用抗菌药剂的敏感性。其结果说明,这两种真菌对洗必泰—碘络合物特别敏感(MBC 均为16μg/ml);对益康唑敏感(MBC 均为100μg/ml);对甲醛、克霉唑、环己吡酮氨和咪康唑中度敏感(MBC 为300~1024μg/ml);对空气清香消毒剂(AFD-A)、煤酚皂和山梨酸不敏感(MBC 为1500~3260μg/ml)。因此,在控制食用菌污染真菌方面,洗必泰—碘络合物是可供首选而进一步研究的制剂。
【英文摘要】 Using doubling dilution,the sensitivity of Trichoderma viride and Neurospora sp to nine medical antinicrobial agents was studied.The results indicated that the two kinds of molds were very sensitive to Chlorhexidine-iodine(MBC was all 16μg/ml);were sensitive to Econazole(MBC was all 100μg/ml);were all middle sensitive to Clotrimazole,Ciclo- piroxolamine,Miconazole and Formaldehyde(MBC was 300—1024μg/ml);but were all not sensitive to AFD-A,Cresol with soap,Sorbic acid(MBC was 1500—3260μg/ml).Therefor, Chlorhexidine-iodine was good agents to control contaminate molds of edible fungi.
