【中文摘要】 本文研究了木耳子实体阶段酪氨酸酶活性与培养温度和光照以及子实体颜色的关系。结果表明:木耳子实体阶段酪氨酸酶活性是同时受温度和光照两个因素影响的。光照表现为正效应;较低的温度表现为正效应,较高的温度则表现为负效应。温光影响木耳子实体颜色变化的原因之一是由于温光对酪氨酸酶活性的影响作用,导致了子实体中黑色素含量的不同。
【英文摘要】 In this paper the relationship of activities of tyrosinase with the cultivation tempera- ture and light as well as the fruithody colour during fruiting of Auricularia curicula were studied.The result showed that both temperature and light have a nolable effect on the activities of tyrosinase.The light and lower temperature have a positive effect,but the higher temperature have a negaitve effect.One of the reasons that temperature and light affect the fruitbody colour is that temperature and light have a effect on the activities of tyrosinase,which result in the difference of melanin content of fruitbody.
