【中文摘要】 生理盐水配制的木耳单核担孢子悬浮液,用剂量100-2000Gy、剂量率20Gy/min的钻60v射线辐照后,挑取3100个辐照处理单孢萌发菌落在完全培养基和基础培养基上筛选,共获得9株稳定的营养缺陷型单核菌株。辐照诱变频率2.38×1 ̄(-3)-4.44×10 ̄(-2)。营养缺陷型菌株原生质体回复突变率小于10 ̄(-6)。营养缺陷类型包括氨基酸、维生素和核酸碱基的单缺类型和复合多缺类型。
【英文摘要】 suspension of monokaryotic basidiospores of Auricularia auricula and A.fuscosucinea were radiated with  ̄(60)Co gamma ray.The dosage employed was 100-2000 Gy,With dosage rate 20 Gy/min.,After radiation,3100 radiated monospore colonies were picked out. Then they were transfered onto tbe comolete midium(CYM) and also the minium midium (MM).Through such screening 9stable auxotrophic monokaryotic mutant Strains were obtained.The results revealed that the radiational mutagenic frequency was 2.38 ×10 ̄(-3)-4.44 × 10 ̄(-2).The reverse mutation frequency of the protoplast of the auxotrophic mutants was less than 10 ̄(-6). The types of the auxotrophic mutants included mono-defect type & poly-defect type of either amino acid or vitamin or nucleic acid base.
