【中文摘要】 过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)是真菌遗传分析中的一个常用生化指标,在其电泳分析中染色操作是一个重要技术环节。本研究以香菇、美味侧耳为材料,比较了不同POD染色方法的染色效果。NH_3Cl-联苯胺法效果最佳,醋酸一联苯胺法次之,AC-联苯胺及愈创木酚-联苯胺法效果较差。对影响染色效果的原因进行了分析。
【英文摘要】 Peroxidase isozymes (POD) are one of the frequently-used biochemical markers in genetical analysis of fungi,The staining is an important procedure in studying POD.Theefficiency was compared;among different stain recipes for POD of two edible fungi Lentinus edodes and Pleurctus sapidus. The recipe NH_3Cl-Benzidine showed the best effect,and followed the HAc-Benzidine,but the Vc-Benzidine and Guaiacol-Benzidine did not gave satisfactory results,The possible reasons for differences of stain effect were discussed.
