【中文摘要】 本文研究了黑柄炭角菌酯酶同工酶谱表型及黑柄炭角菌体的不同生长期和多糖含量变化与酯酶活性的关系。结果表明,不论培养条件,采样部位和采样时间如何不同,其酯酶同工酶的酶谱在型基本相同,均有稳定的2条酶带。但酶活性随菌体生长发育时期的不同而有所差异,在菌体生长的前三天酶活性较强,随后便逐渐减弱,同时多糖的含量也呈现出相应的规律性变化。
【英文摘要】 In this experiment the esterace isoenzyme and the polysaccharide content of the Xylar-ia nigripes (Kl.)Sace were studied.The results indicated that no matter how different the conditions ofculture,the position and period of collect samples were,the esterace isoenzyme pedigree chart were basical-ly alike,They all had two stripes of enzyme belts,but the activities of enzyme were varied with the period ofhyphae growth and were comparatively strong at the first three days,then gradually weaken,In the mean-time,the polysaccharide content correspondingly changed with regularity.
