【中文摘要】 本文对三株糙皮侧耳831原生质体再生株进行了温度、光线、pH及不同碳汽源试验,以探讨各菌株最适宜的生长条件。出菇试验表明再生株831—I的生物学效率为142%,出菇量比对照831高22.8%,是一株值得推广应用的优良菌株。
【英文摘要】 In this paper,three protoplast regeneration strains of Pleurotus ostreatus 831 are stud-ied in such aspects as temperature,light, pH value and the resources for carbon and nitrogen, so as to testthe suitable conditions for them to grow.The fruiting experiment of regeneration strains show that the bio-logical efficiency of 831-Ⅰis 142%, its fruit weight is 22.8%higher than that of 831 and this is a goodstrain which is worth popularizing and applying.
