【中文摘要】 本文报道在含有不同浓度无机硒的液体培养基中培养金针菇菌丝体,探讨其耐硒和富硒特性。结果表明,金针菇耐硒能力不强,富硒能力较强。深层培养获得的富硒金针菇菌丝体其氨基酸含量明显高于对照,多糖含量不受影响,谷胱甘肽含量随菌丝体硒含量的增高而下降。
【英文摘要】 The Se-resisting and Se-accumulating characters of Flammulina velutipes mycelia which was submerged fermented in liquid media of various Se content were investigated. The result showed that the capacity of Se-resistence of Flammulina velutipes mycelia was not intense, whereas the capacity of Se- accumulating was intense. The content of amino acid in the Se-accumulating mycelia gathered by sub- merged fermention was obviously higher than that of contrast. The content of polysaccharide was not affect- ed by the content of Se and the content of GSH was lower than that of the contrast.
