【中文摘要】 以玉米渣、马铃薯等为原料生产平菇液体菌种。用搅拌器进一步将菌丝打断,使单位体积中产生更多菌丝片段,充分发挥液体菌种优点。建立了液体菌种保藏和新接种方法。实践证明,平菇液体菌种有推广前途。
【英文摘要】 Corn crumbs, potato, etc. were used as raw materials of medium for preparing the liquid strain of oyster mushroom. In order to make advantages of liquid strain, the hyphae were further broken by stirrer, which produced more hypha fragments in a unit of volume. The methods of preservation and new inocution of the liquid strain of oyster mushroom were set up. It has been proved that using the liquid strain of oyster mushroom has a great popularized significance.
