【中文摘要】 通过鸡腿蘑液体菌种接固体栽培料的实验 ,证明选择种龄为 3天 ,接种量为 10 % ,并以搅拌方式接种时 ,可在一周发满菌丝 ,与传统的制种方式相比 ,大大缩短了发菌周期 ,并为将来实现鸡腿蘑的工业化生产提供了基础数据。
【英文摘要】 A strain of Coprinus comatus was submerged fermented for three days,the culture was mixed with the solid substrate,and maintained at 25℃ in the incubator.The organisms utilized the nutrients completely in 7 days and the mycelia were full-developed.Compared to the traditional way in which the solid strain was inoculated on the solid substrate,the time was saved a lot and it is convenient for mass production.
