【中文摘要】 本研究以两头洞穿的玻璃管替代常规玻璃试管 ,制备两端营养较丰富而中间段营养贫瘠但富含木质素纤维素的夹心面包式固体培养基 ,利用大多数大型真菌分解利用木质素纤维素能力较强的特点 ,采用在一端接入野外不能严格消毒的子实体 ,却在另一端取出已纯化母种的方法 ,过滤掉杂菌 ,富集到目的大型真菌 ,为那些远离实验室地区考察短期内不能将野外采集到的大型真菌立即送回实验室按现行普遍采用的方法立即进行分离而获得母种的大型真菌工作者提供了一个可资利用的新手段
【英文摘要】 This study provides a technology for the researchers who are working outdoors far from laboratory,who want to stay outdoors for longer,having no time to separate strains immediately from the macrofungi they dug by the popular method nowadays.The progress expresses as follows:preparing a glassy tube instead of popular one which is through,mixing similar-hamburger solid media which provides a abundant nutrition in both end where many animalcule may grow and spare one in the middle where only those animalcule which has the ability analyzing lignin and cellulose surely including macro fungi can grow,sterilization strictly,inoculating macrofungi which can not be sterilized strictly in one end of the media,culturing,a time latter,transferring pure hypha in another end of the media to PDA media or other media.
