【中文摘要】 通过对杏鲍菇优质菌株HRX3 定向驯化试验 ,结果表明 :经过热处理的菌株 ,其对温度的耐受性能有明显改善 ;提高培养基中的木质素和纤维素成分 ,可以增强菇体内相关酶的活性 ;并筛选出适合本地栽培该菇的培养基质。
【英文摘要】 In this experiment,we had made some studies of directional induction and acclimatization,which was fit to local characters of Pleurotus eryngii HRX 2.The results showed that the strains which were thermal-tackled had strengthened the forbearance to temperature.Adding lignin and cellulose to medium could regulate the activities of related enzymes.After making this experiment,we had formulated primarily the medium which was fit to cultivation.
