【中文摘要】 从供试的灵芝、姬松茸、金福菇等几种食用菌研究结果表明 :对Hg、As、Pb、Cd等重金属均有不同程度的累积作用 ,不同食用菌、不同重金属类型、不同浓度都有很大差异
【英文摘要】 The absorption and accumulation of heavy metals in edible fungi and the effects of heavy metals on the growth of edible fungi were investigated.The results showed that The action of accumulation were different with different kind of edible fungis.heavy metals and differend concentration of heavy metals.The abilities of accumulation of different edible fungis were as follow;Agaricus blazei>Ganoderma>Tricholoma Lobynsis.Adsorbability of different kind of heavy metals were as follow:Pb>Cd>Hg>As.the amount of accumulation increased with the contentration of heavy metals increased.Heavy metals mentioned aboved were harmful to the growth of edible fungi.
