【中文摘要】 从广西军区食用菌生产基地、广西大学微生物厂、广西大学牧场等地采集的样品中分离得到多株菌株。再从耐热、耐碱、产酶能力及营养物综合利用等方面考查各菌株 ,最终筛选得到理想的放线菌 1株、细菌 3株组成发酵剂菌株 ,并用于栽培原料发酵后栽培草菇。实验结果显示 :加入该菌剂的料堆 2 7h后温度可升至6 5℃ ,此时对照 5 5℃ ,环境 4 0℃ ,草菇生物学效率比对照提高了 4 76 %至 7 5 6 %。
【英文摘要】 Many strains were isolated from samples gathered in Guangxi Military Area,Edible Fungus Production Bas,Guangxi University Microorganism Factory,Guangxi University Pasture and other places.Investigation of heat-resisting,alkali-resisting,enzyme production and comprehensive utilization of the nutrition of these strains 1 ideal actinomyce,3 bacteria were screened finally to make up and they were sued in the culture raw materialsand ferment to cultivate straw mushroom.The experimental ruesult shows:The pile of culture raw materials which added fernventative microbe temperature could rise to 65℃after 27 hours,CK was 55℃ at the same time and temperature of enviroment was 40℃,and the biological efficiency had been improved by 4.76% to 7.56% than CK.
