【中文摘要】 选取7个均称为桑黄的不同形态的子实体,对子实体分离后得到的纯化菌丝体进行酯酶同工酶研究。结果表明,所有菌株在Rf=0.805处出现一条稳定一致的共有酶带,而桑6和桑7具有较近的亲缘关系,其它菌株间的亲缘关系较远或者没有。
【英文摘要】 Seven different appearance shape fruit bodys that all called Phellinus igniarius were selected in this paper,study of esterase isoenzyme from the purification mycelium which separated from seven fruit bodys.the results showed that 1 band in the esterase isoenzyme zymogram at Rf=0.805 was all the same for seven Phellinus igniarius strains tested.Therefor,sang 6 and sang 7 had much nearer affinity,but the others had much farther affinity or had no affinity.
