【中文摘要】 对绣球菌301、302进行紫外线诱变处理,以生长速度为指标进行初筛,再通过深层发酵进行复筛,综合分析菌丝体的生长量和胞内外多糖的产量,选出301-3、302-2为优选菌株。研究不同碳、氮源对诱变株301-3菌丝体生长和多糖产量的影响,认为淀粉、麦芽糖是较为合适的碳源;玉米粉和麸皮是较为合适的氮源。对碳氮源正交试验,确定最佳的培养基组成为:淀粉2.0%、麦芽糖0.4%、玉米粉0.6%、麸皮0.6%。
【英文摘要】 Two strains of Sparassis Crsipa,301 and 302 were treated with UV induced irradiation,then the strains were firstly screened by the index of its growth speed.After submerged liquid fermentation,we re-screed 301-3,302-2 as fine strains when analyzing the amount of their mycelia growth and the yield of intracellular and extracellular polysaccharides.Through the study on the effect that the nitrogen and carbon sources had on strain 301-3,we found that amylum and maltose were appropriate carbon sources for strain 301-3,while corn flour and bran were optimum nitrogen sources.By orthogonal test on the carbon sources and nitrogen sources,we got the suitable ingredients of culture medium for strain 301-3 as follows: amylum2%,maltoes0.4%,corn flour0.6% and bran0.6%.
