【中文摘要】 从辽宁省法库市奥斯达菌业有限公司患褐斑病的金针菇病灶上分离筛选得到4个细菌菌株,采用回接感染实验法证明细菌05Y和05N两个菌株可不同程度地导致金针菇褐斑病的发生。通过光电比浊计数法测定不同浓度的克菌对金针菇褐斑病病原菌生长的影响,结果表明:克菌在浓度为0.75‰时的抑菌活性最佳。
【英文摘要】 Four germs strains were separated and screened from Flammulina velutipes that had caught the brown spot.The germ stubs were offered by AOSIDA Limited Company where it lies in the city of Faku,Liaoning Province.The method of the resumption to infection experiment certificated that germ 05 Ys was different from 05 Ns.The two germs could cause Flammulina velutipes to get sick in different degrees.Through the method of the light electricity muddy count,the effect of the kejun medicine for Flammulina velutipes brown spot pathogenis was measured in different concentration.The result showed that inhibiting activity of kejun medicine was best at concentration for 0.75 ‰.
