【中文摘要】 研究了2种不同来源多糖,按照不同比例下不同浓度进行复配对羟自由基体系的清除活性影响。结果表明在适当的剂量配比下,复配多糖羟自由基的清除率显示出比单一成分高的正协同效应,且与浓度呈正量效关系。当枸杞、灵芝比例4∶1、浓度为0.2mg/mL时,对羟自由基的清除率可达48.13%,而单一成分的枸杞、灵芝菌丝体多糖对羟自由基清除率(OH.)为35%,较之单一多糖清除率提高13%。复配多糖羟自由基清除率的提升与多糖比例及浓度密切相关。
【英文摘要】 The scavenging action of the Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and lyceum chinensis polysaccharide compound to the radical system were studied. The compound was the two different sources polysaccharides compounded by different contents and rates. The result indicated (that)the compound polysaccharide showed obvious scavenging action to the hydroxyl free radical(OH.). The scavenging action enhanced with the content of polysaccharide compound increased. When the rate was 4∶1 in 1.0mg/mL, the compound polysaccharide scavenging action to the hydroxyl free radical(OH.) , which improved about 13% than that of any of two polysaccharides, reached 48.13%. It was concluded that the improvement of the compound polysaccharide action had close relation to the rate of single polysaccharides and the content of the compound.
