【中文摘要】 目的:在前期药理实验基础上,分析双向性固体发酵后雷公藤菌质的化学成分。方法:采用高效液相色谱法和薄层色谱法,研究雷公藤药材和不同发酵时间药性菌质的化学成分动态变化规律。结果:药性菌质的雷公藤甲素含量低于原药材低;分别在218nm和250nm波长下,高温灭菌药材和发酵30d的药性菌质的液相图谱有3处明显的变化;乙酸乙酯提取物的薄层层析发现有一蓝色斑点为发酵后新增成分,而甲醇提取物薄层层析发现有2个斑点随发酵时间的延长含量降低。结论:雷公藤经药用真菌发酵后化学成分发生变化,其中一些化学成分的变化规律与药理实验结果存在相关性,可作为发酵终点判断标准。
【英文摘要】 Objective:On the base of previous pharmacological and toxicological study,chemical compositions in Ttripterygium wilfordii HooK.F after fermentation was compared in this paper.Methods:The content of triptolide in each medicinal material was determined with HPLC and chemical constituents was analyzed with HPLC and TLC.Results:Triptolide content decreased after raw plant herbs was fermented with medicinal fungi,there were three characteristic absorption peaks at wavelength of 218nm and 250nm,one blue spot in TLC chromatograms of ethyl acetate extract and two spots gradually disappeared with the fermentation extent.Conclusion:The of chemical constituents in Tripterygium wilfordii HooK.F happened when medicinal material was fermented,there was relativity of chemical compositions and pharmacological toxicology,consequently,it was regarded as one standard of fermentation termination.
