【英文摘要】 There are rich resources of edible fungi and broad prospects for development in China. Edible fungi has high nutritional and pharmaceutical value and are suited to every people of different countries, nationalities, age groups and faiths. From utilization of wild resources to bionic cultivation, spawn application, cut-log cultivation, substitute materials cultivation, artificial control, protected cultivation, production technique of edible fungi has being perfected day by day. Meanwhile, rational use of resources was promoted the revitalization of the local economy and impelled the rising of newly emerging urban industries.
