【中文摘要】 松茸是珍稀濒危的食(药)用菌。云南是我国松茸主产区之一,但由于不合理采收,致使松茸产量逐年下降。本论文使用ITS分子标记研究松茸的遗传多样性。由聚类图分析,这16个样品分为2个大的分支,其中海拔较高的中甸与丽江基本聚为一支,海拔较低的禄劝与武定又聚为另一支。每个大支上的不同样品的序列又有微小的差异,这可能是由ITS序列在进化过程中发生了少量位点的变异,如碱基之间的转换、颠换和缺失等造成的。
【英文摘要】 Tricholoma matsutake, classified into the genus Tricholoma of Tricholomataceae, is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungi which may be in severe danger. Yunnan province is the main producing area of T. matsutake in China, but its yield decreased year after year because of wrong harvesting methods. Based on the clustering tree, 16 samples were divided into two big branches. The samples from Zhongdian and Lijiang, whose altitude were all higher, were mainly clustered into one branch, and the samples from Luquan and Wuding, whose altitude were all lower, were mainly clustered into another branch. The results implied that the variation of ITS sequences of T. matsutake had likely a close relationship with the environment such as altitude. The sequences of different individuals in every a big branch had some minor changes, and it can be showed that a little of mutation of bases in ITS sequences had arised in the process of evolution, such as transition cites, transvertion cites among ...更多bases or base gap. 还原
