【中文摘要】 探索树舌发酵产生高活性的碳酸酐酶抑制剂的营养需求。试验以抑制碳酸酐酶活性为指标,通过单因素试验筛选出适宜碳源、氮源及复合营养因子,通过正交试验进一步观察了各组分之间的相互作用。试验结果表明,树舌发酵合成碳酸酐酶抑制剂的较为适合的培养基为:果糖20 g.L-1、NaNO3 2 g.L-1、马铃薯173 g.L-1、(NH4)2SO4 1.3 g.L-1。使用该培养基其发酵液对碳酸酐酶的抑制率可达91.43%,显著高于未优化的培养基(69.81%)。
【英文摘要】 In this study,the nutritional needs of Ganoderma applanatum to produce high active carbonic anhydrase inhibitors was investigated.Firstly,optimal carbon and nitrogen sources,and natural components were selected by single factor experi-ments according to carbonic anhydrase inhibition ratio of the fermentation broth.Then,inter-action of these factors was observed by orthogonal testsstyle.Finally,the inhibitory ratio based on basal medium and optimized medium was compared.The opti-mized medium contained: fructose 20 g.L-1,NaNO3 2 g.L-1,potato 175 g.L-1,(NH4)2SO4 1.3 g.L-1,In the medium,the highest inhibition ratio(91.43%) was achieved which was significantly higher than basal medium(69.81%).
