【中文摘要】 应用梯度浓度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(GC-PAGE)对金针菇白色菌株和普通菌株的菌体可溶性蛋白质进行分析比较.结果表明,可溶性蛋白质谱带分布在凝胶浓度6.4%~23.6%范围内,具有19~23条,其中15条为金针菇共同谱带,普通菌株的蛋白质谱带与白色菌株差异明显;白色菌株间谱带相似程度较大,相似系数(SC)为0.786~0.818;推广栽培品种8909(B)存在其特征性谱带.
【英文摘要】 The soluble mycoprotein of white strains and norraul yellow strain of F. velutipes was analyzed by gradient concentration polyacrylamidc gel oleetrophoresis (GC-PAGE). The results showed that 19-23 soluble mycoprotein band were distributed in gel concentration ranging from 6.4% to 23.6H, in which 15 bands were common bands. The band of normal strains was significantly different from that of white strains. The bands were similar between white strains, SC=0.786-0.818. While the popularized strain 8909(B) was provided with characteristic bands.
