【中文摘要】 本文对食用菌菌丝体的富碘效应作了初步研究。供试平菇、金针菇、黑木耳的液体培养结果表明,各菌株对碘均有一定富集作用。在培养液中添加50~500mg/1范围的无机碘离子,金针菇F30,平菇推广一号,黑木耳以耳1号菌株菌丝体富集的生物碘量分别为0.36~8.52mg/g.0.28~3.0mg/g和1.1~2.1mg/g,碘的富集率分别为5.6%~10.9%,2.1%~5.1%和1.2%~9.4%,金针菇富碘最有效而经济的加碘浓度初步确定为300~500mg/1。高浓度的碘对菌丝生长,菌丝生物量合成有抑制作用。
【英文摘要】 A preliminary study on iodine accumulation effect of edible fungus mycelia was carried out. The results of liquid culture showed that there were certain accumulated iodine in Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes and Auricularia auricula. When inorganic iodine was added to liquid medium from 50-500mg/l, mycelia of Flammulina velutipes FM, Pleurotus ostreatus Tuiguang No. 1 and Auricularia auricala ShanEr No. 1 absorbed inorganic iodine with the amt. of 0.36-8.52mg/g, 0.28-3.0mg/g and l.l-2.1mg/g resp., at an accumulation rate of 1.2H - 10.9%, 2.1%-5.1% and 1.2%-9.4% resp.. The effective and economical content of inorganic iodine in Flammulina velutipes mycelia is 300-500mg/l. And iodine with high concentration is harmful to the growth of mycelium and the yield of edible fungi.
