【中文摘要】 香菇培养料中含有20%的废菌糠,在营养生长阶段可以加速本质纤维素复合体的解体,并将木质纤维素的降解率提高7%以上。辅料中还原糖和氮素的含量水平不同,木质纤维素降解率也不同,从17.50%到20.12%不等,辅料2对木质纤维素降解促进作用最明显,辅料3次之,辅料1和辅料4相近,为最低。
【英文摘要】 The decomposition of the lignocellulose complex was sped up, while the lignocellulose biodegradation rate (LBR) was increased over 1% by 20% spent artificial log in the substrate of L. edodes at mycelial growth stage. The LBR affected by the content of reductic sugar and nitrogen in supplement varied from 17.50% to 21.12% resp.. It was found that the LBR of the substrate with supplement 2* was the highest, followed by the substrate with supplement 3, and that the LBR of the substrate with supplement 4* and 1* was at the lowest level.
