【中文摘要】 本研究利用RAPD技术对23株收集于不同国家和地区的有害疣泡霉(Mycogoneperniciosa)菌株和一株红丝菌疣也霉(M. rosae)菌株进行了遗传差异测定、12个引物扩增出105条痕迹产物,根据这些产物用UPGMA计算机程序分析了南株之间的亲缘关系。UPGMA分析结果表明上海、江苏叶菌株间的相似性大于90%;中国福建的菌株与所有的国外菌株之间的相似性大于70%;红丝菌疣孢霉归在上海、江苏这一组合.它们的相似性超过50%;而所有菌株间的相似性仅为40%。这意味着上海、江苏的有害疣孢霉菌株与其它地区的有害疣孢霉菌株可能存在着非常大的差异。
【英文摘要】 RAPD markers were used to survey genetic variabilities among 23 isolates of Mycogone perniciosa collected from different countries and areas, and 1 isolate of M. rosea in this research. 12 primers detected 105 scoreable products. And all of these products were used to analyse kin relationship among isolates by UPGMA (Unweighted pair group method using arithmetic) program. The UPGMA analysis illustrated that the similarity of 8 isolates isolated from Shanghai and Jiangsu was over 90% . Isolates from Fuj ian, China and other countries showed 70% or more similarity. M. rosea fell into a cluster of Shanghai, Jiangsu group showing 50% similarity. Similarity of all strains was only 40%. This result suggested that M. perniciosa from Shanghai and Jiangsu might be very different from others.
