【中文摘要】 用抑酶法测定灰花纹鹅膏(Amanita fuliginea)子实体内的毒素,结果表明,灰花纹鹅膏菌所含毒素与毒鹅膏(Amanita Phalloides)所含毒素相近。小白鼠肌肉注射毒性试验表明,每只小白鼠注射1ml浓度为0.05g/ml的灰花纹鹅膏菌子实体水提液,6h内被测小白鼠全部死亡;若注射浓度在0.01g/ml以下,小白鼠有中毒症状而无死亡,说明该菌是一种剧毒鹅膏菌。
【英文摘要】 The toxin of Amanita fuliginea fruitbodies was measured with enzyme inhibition method designed on the principle that α-amanitin inhibited the activities of eukaryotic RNA polymerase Ⅱ. The results showed that the toxin constituent of A. fuliginea was similar to that contained in A. phalloides. Toxicity tests carried out by intramuscular injection with A. futiginea fruitbody extract into murine showed that all the murine died in six hours after being injected with 1ml of the extract at the concentration of 0.05g/ml showing obvious intoxicating symptoms, while none of the murine died if the concentration of the extract was below 0.01g/ml. So it was concluded that A . fuliginea was a very poisonous species of the Amanita .
