【中文摘要】 本文选用了102个分离于双孢蘑菇菇床上的木霉菌株(Trichoderma sp.),其中93株来自美国,3株来自加拿大,6株来自英国。利用RAPD技术进行遗传差异测定。25个随机引物共扩增出223条DNA带,在此基础上分析并构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果表明,美国与加拿大双孢蘑菇菇床上分离的木霉菌株相似性极高,达95%左右;而与英国的木霉菌株遗传距离较远,遗传相似性低于50%。
【英文摘要】 The genetic diversity analysis of 102 Trichoderma sp. strains isolated from Agaricus bisporus cultural bed, of which 93 were from America, 3 were from Canada and 6 were from England, was conducted by RAPD in this study. A total of 223 products were amplified with 25 arbitrary primers and genetic similarity dendrogram was constructed on it. It was noted that less genetic diversity existed between American and Canadian strains of Trichoderma with a similarity index of about 95 % . But more genetic diversity existed between English and American strains of Trichoderma and the genetic similarity index was below 50 % .
