【中文摘要】 用三十烷醇、α-萘乙酸和玉米素处理香菇507菌丝体,并测定菌丝生长速度和羧甲基纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、愈创木酚氧化酶的活性。试验结果表明,不同生长调节剂对香菇菌丝体的生长速度及三种胞外酶活性的影响不同。三种生长调节剂虽能影响菌丝生长速度和三种胞外酶的活性,但不能改变其变化趋势。此外,本文还讨论了菌丝生长速度和三种胞外酶活性的调控机制。
【英文摘要】 The mycelium of Lentinula edodes 507 was treated by melissyl alcohol, naphthylacetic acid and zeatin. Then the mycelium growth rate and carboxymethyl cellulase, hemicellulase and guaiacol oxidase activity were measured in this study. The results showed that different kinds of growth regulator had different effect on the growth rate of mycelium and the activity of 3 ectoenzymes. It was concluded that although three growth regulators used had effect on mycelium growth rate and enzyme activity, it could not change the trend of variation. While the mycelium growth rate and the activity regulation mechanism of 3 ectoenzymes were also discussed in this study.
