【中文摘要】 本文采用L_9(34)正交试验法,研究了滑菇液体培养基中不同C/N、pH、硫酸镁和磷酸二氢钾配比对滑菇菌丝产量的影响,从中筛选出四因素的最佳组合为:C/N 20:1、硫酸镁0.08%、磷酸二氢钾0.05%、pH 6,该组合的菌丝产量最高。用该配方进行了滑菇液体培养最适期试验,结果表明,液体培养12d,菌丝产量最高。
【英文摘要】 The orthogonal testing method of L9(34) was taken to study the effect of different combination of C/N, pH, MgSO4 and KH2PO4 on the mycelium yield of Pholiota nameko in submerged culture. The result showed that the best combination of above - mentioned 4 factors was C/N 20:1, MgSO4 0.08 % , KH2PO4 0.05 % and pH 6.0, and that the highest mycelium yield was got when it was cultured under such submerged culture conditions for 12 days.
