【中文摘要】 分别用薄层层析法和高碘酸氧化法测定了蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)、冬虫夏草(C.Sinensis)及其发酵菌丝中腺苷和甘露醇的含量。结果证明,蛹虫草Y3菌株发酵菌丝的甘露醇含量达16.04%,明显高于天然蛹虫草。不同来源的蛹虫草的腺苷含量相近,为1.4%左右。刚联苯三酚自氧化法测定了蛹虫草的SOD)活性,人工栽培的蛹虫草SOD)活性最高,为1882U/mgPr。上述结果表明,蛹虫草具有和冬虫夏草相似的药效成分,有重要的开发应用价值。
【英文摘要】 The contents of adenosine and mannitol in several Cordyceps militaris strains were determined with thin - layer chromatography and periodic acid oxidation method resp. . The results indicated that the mannitol con-tent in the fermented hyphae of C. militaris Y3 strain was 16.4%, significantly higher than that in the natural C. militaris, and that the adenosine content in various C. militaris strains was about 1.4%. The SOD activity of artificially cultured C. militaris was the highest, arriving at 1882 U/mg protein. It was concluded that C. mili-taris and C. sinensis had similar medicine components, and that C. mititaris was worth developing.
