【中文摘要】 以平菇DNA为供体,草菇原生质体为受体,用PEG,CaCl2作诱导剂,将平菇DNA导入草菇原生质体,选育出V157-1菌株,该菌株在菇型、温型、酶活力及生物转化率上与亲本V157有显著差异。本研究为食用菌育种提供了一条新的途径。
【英文摘要】 Taking Pleurotus sp. DNA as donor and V. volvacea protoplasts as recipient, the introduction of Pleurotus sp. DNA fragments into V. volvacea protoplasts induced by PEG and CaCl2 was carried out in this study. A new V. volvacea strain V157-1 was selected . Its biological characteristics were significantly different from that of the parent strain V157 in the fruitbody shape, growing temperature and enzyme activity as well as the biological efficiency. The result showed that the introduction of extraneous DNA fragments into the protoplasts was a new method of mushroom breeding.
