【中文摘要】 灰树花 (Grifolafrondosa)的耐硒和富硒能力较强。在含硒 10~ 30 0mg/kg的固体培养基上 ,菌丝均能生长 ,当硒含量超过 2 50mg/kg时 ,菌丝生长受到抑制。液体深层培养条件下 ,添加 10~ 2 0 0mg/kg硒 ,菌丝体富集硒的浓度范围为 61.4~ 882 .1mg/kg ,但以添加 50mg/kg硒时菌丝体硒吸收率最高 ,为 4 .9%。
【英文摘要】 The Se resisting and Se accumulating characters of Grifola frondosa GrUV05 were studied in this paper. The results showed that the Se resisting and Se accumulating ability of G. frondosa GrUV05 mycelia was strong . Its mycelia could grow in the solid medium added with 10 to 300 mg/kg selenium, but when the selenium content was above 250mg/kg, its growth was inhibited. When the liquid medium was added with 10 to 200mg/kg selenium, the mycelium Se accumulation concentration reached 61.4 to 882.1 mg/kg. And the mycelium Se absorption rate of 4.9% was the highest when the liquid medium was added with 50 mg/kg selenium.
