【中文摘要】 以PDA为基础 ,分别加入松口蘑土、松枝、松针、糙皮侧耳菌丝和麦麸浸汁 ,制备成琼脂培养基 ,对照PDA和浜田氏培养基培养松口蘑纯菌丝。结果表明 ,糙皮侧耳菌丝麦麸汁培养基的效果明显优于包括浜田氏培养基在内的其它配方 ,松口蘑土培养基也有良好表现。松口蘑菌丝在不同培养基上形成的菌落特征也不尽相同。进一步的试验结果表明 ,在采用几种不同真菌菌丝为原料制成的菌丝麦麸汁培养基上 ,松口蘑菌丝生长速度的差异并不明显
【英文摘要】 Extracts of Tricholoma matsutake growth zone soil, pine twigs, pine needles, Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium and wheat bran were put into the PDA resp. to make different kinds of agar media, then pure strain of T. matsutake was inoculated on them resp. to compare with the growth status of pure T. matsutake mycelium on PDA or Hamata medium. The result showed that the P. ostreatus mycelium extract-wheat bran extract medium was superior to Hamata medium and other media significantly, and that the effect of T. matsutake growth zone soil extract medium was good too. While the colonial morphologies of T. matsutake growing on different kinds of media were not identical completely. And the result of further experiments showed that the growth rate of T. matsutake mycelia on the media mixed with different fungal mycelial extract resp. had no obvious difference.
