【中文摘要】 研究了 2 8个香菇菌株的耐热性 ,发现在 35℃、38℃培养时 ,所有香菇菌株都不能生长 ;在 30℃培养时 ,10个菌株停止生长 ,其余 18个菌株菌丝生长速度比在 2 5℃时明显减慢。经进一步耐高温试验发现 ,日 50、A4 2、农 1⑦、中兴 8号 4个菌株的菌丝长速在 30℃下基本不受影响。试验结果表明 ,30℃是香菇菌丝生长的临界温度
【英文摘要】 The thermotolerance of 28 Lentinula edodes strains was investigated. It was found that all L. edodes strains could not grow under 35℃ or 38℃,and that 10 strains stopped growing under 30℃,while the mycelium growth rate of other 18 strains was significantly reduced compared to their mycelium growth rate under 25℃. And the result of further high-temperature-tolerant test showed that the mycelium growth rate of Ri 50, A42,Nong No.1⑦ and Zhongxin No.8 was in the main not affected under 30℃. So it was confirmed that 30℃ was the critical growth temperature for L. edodes mycelium.
