【中文摘要】 在 8个香菇菌株原生质体单核体交配型的测定中 ,有 4个菌株测定出两种交配型 ,其余 4个菌株只测得一种交配型。在得到两种交配型的菌株中 ,其交配型比例也不是 1:1。进一步的实验表明 ,产生这一现象的主要原因与两种交配型原生质体单核体的再生能力不同有关。在申香 2号菌株 10 7个单核体中 ,AxBx交配型只有 2 6个 ,而且都是在再生阶段的前期产生的 ,后期出现的单核体则都是AyBy型菌落。
【英文摘要】 From the result of determining protoplasted monokaryon mating types in 8 Lentinula edodes cultivated strains, it was discovered that two mating types were only found in 4 strains, and only one mating type was found in the rest of other 4 strains, and that in those 4 strains with two mating types, the ratio of two kinds of mating type was not 1∶1. Further experiments suggested that protoplasted monokaryons with different kinds of mating type had different ability of regeneration. In 107 monokaryons of Shenxiang 2 (SX-2), mating type of AxBx was only found in the early regeneration period of 26 protolasted monokaryons, while mating type of AyBy was only found during the later period of protoplasted monokaryon regeneration.
