【中文摘要】 将土样制备成稀释液 ,采用平板涂布培养法 ,分析双孢蘑菇覆土期、充分发菌期、原基形成期、采收前和采收后 2d 5个时期土样中几种有益微生物的消长规律。结果表明 ,原基形成前和采收后 ,乳白色芽孢杆菌 (Bacillus)、固氮菌 (Azotobacter)和假单胞杆菌 (Pseudomonas)数量增加 ;链霉菌 (Streptomyces)数量增减比较平缓 ;而土灰色芽孢杆菌的数量一直呈下降趋势
【英文摘要】 The growth and decline regularity of beneficial microbes in the casing soil was analyzed by means of plate cultivation of the diluent prepared with the soil samples collected during the different growth periods of Agaricus bisporus —— the periods of the soil casing, full spawn-run, primordium formation, before the harvest and 2 days after the harvest. The results showed that the quantity of milky Bacillus, Azotobacter and Pseudomonas increased before the primordium formation and after the harvest of A.bisporus, the quantity of Streptomyces changed smoothly, while the quantity of ashy Bacillus tended to decrease continuously.
